NAID Portal for Selling and Listing Brokers, HUD-Approved Nonprofits, and Government Agencies
This NAID Portal may be used only by a Broker, Preparer, or a HUD-Approved nonprofit. Real estate agents must not use the NAID Portal.
To place a bid on a property and sign a HUD Sales Contract, the Selling Broker must have an active NAID (Name and Address Identifier) and register as a Bidder on the HUDHomestore site. Selling Brokers are required to recertify their NAID yearly. This recertification is completed through the NAID Portal system.
For details and FAQs on the Electronic NAID process, click here.
HUDHomestore is for bidding on properties, click Home to go to the main HUDHomeStore screen.
Principal Brokers, HUD-Approved Nonprofits, and Preparers only: Click here to go to the NAID Portal.

Replace Principal Broker on NAID
